- Usage of images or moving image material is permitted only for the duration they are available in the Image Gallery. Once removed from the Image Gallery, you must cease using the images or moving image material immediately.

- H&M Group shall not be liable to you or anyone else for any damages, arising out of or, relating to the use or inability to use the images or moving image material, including but not limited to indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages.
- To the extent permittable by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless H&M Group, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debts, and expenses, resulting from any breach by you of any of these Terms.
