Åsa Agebäck, currently Global Head of HR for H&M, will from 1 March take on the role as Chief HR Officer (CHRO) for H&M Group and H&M, and the role as Global Head of HR for H&M will not be replaced.
Lucas Seifert, CHRO, has decided to leave H&M Group, after some 30 years in various senior positions, to explore other opportunities.
Åsa Agebäck will be part of the H&M Group executive management team and reports to CEO Daniel Ervér.
